1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mwalimu Resources Pro ("the Service"), accessible at mwalimuresources.co.ke and any associated applications, including the mobile app and subscription platform.

By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use the Service

The Service is intended for teachers, tutors, parents, and educational institutions in Kenya. By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent or guardian.
• The information you provide (name, email, phone, M-Pesa code) is accurate and belongs to you.
• You will not share your account credentials with anyone outside the number of emails allowed by your subscription plan.

3. Subscription Plans and Access

Access to Mwalimu Resources Pro is sold as a time-limited subscription. Plans range from 1 week to 3 years, as listed on our pricing page. Each plan grants:

• Access to our full digital library of teaching resources for the duration of your subscription.
• Access on one device per account, tied to the device you first log in with.
• The number of additional email addresses permitted by your chosen plan (for sharing with colleagues).

Device Limit

Each subscription is limited to one active device. If you change devices, contact us on WhatsApp to reset your device. Attempting to bypass the device limit may result in account suspension.

Additional Emails

Higher-tier plans allow you to add additional email addresses that share the same subscription. These are intended for trusted colleagues. You are responsible for any activity on those emails.

4. Payment

All payments are made via M-Pesa to the Paybill and Account number shown on our subscribe page. By submitting a payment confirmation code, you confirm that the payment was made and is genuine.

5. Activation and Access

Subscriptions are activated automatically within approximately 5 minutes of receiving a valid M-Pesa confirmation code. Access is granted by adding your email to our shared Google Drive folders.

If activation takes longer than 30 minutes, contact us on WhatsApp at +254 735 649 658.

6. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us within 24 hours and we will review each case individually.

7. One-Off File Purchases

In addition to subscriptions, we offer the option to purchase individual files at a fixed price. The terms of these purchases are:

• The price for each file is quoted by us on WhatsApp before payment.
• The file is delivered as a Google Drive link.
• Purchases are final once the link is delivered.
• The file is for your personal or classroom use only. Reselling or redistributing is not permitted.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share any resource downloaded from the Service.
• Use the Service for commercial purposes (e.g., selling our resources through your own platform).
• Share your login credentials with anyone outside the additional emails permitted by your plan.
• Attempt to bypass the device limit, payment verification, or any security feature.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download our entire library.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

9. Content and Copyright

All resources available through Mwalimu Resources Pro are either created by us, licensed to us, or shared with us by teachers. The library is protected by copyright.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the resources for teaching and learning. It does not transfer ownership.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally:

• Perform maintenance or updates that temporarily interrupt access.
• Add, remove, or reorganise resources in the library.
• Suspend the Service for security or legal reasons.

Where interruptions last more than 24 hours, we will consider extending your subscription by the lost time — contact us if this happens.

11. Privacy

We collect only the information you provide during subscription: name, phone number, email, and M-Pesa confirmation code. This information is used to:

• Verify your payment.
• Grant access to the library via your email address.
• Send you confirmation and status emails.
• Contact you about your account when needed.

We do not sell your data to third parties. Your payment details are processed by Safaricom (M-Pesa) and are not stored on our servers.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access without notice if you violate these Terms, submit fraudulent payments, or abuse the Service. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Removing your email from our Drive folders is done automatically when your subscription expires.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Kenya.
